OUR SERVICES
The attention you deserve
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is flexible as it is carried out in self-check-in mode through a smart lock located on the left of the entrance door. By entering the code provided when booking you can collect your keys.
Each set of keys consists of a key for the entrance door and one for the room and has a key ring with the number of the reserved room.
The rooms will be ready after 2.00 pm. If you arrive before 2.00 pm you can leave your luggage at the entrance.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 am. It is possible to leave the keys in your room and go out.
Room Services
Each room is equipped with a fast WIFI network, a customizable air conditioning system with a special remote control and a flat-screen LCD television.
The cleaning of the rooms and the change of sheets and towels are always carried out at each guest change and in any case after 3 days of consecutive stay.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. There are smoke detectors with alarms.
Breakfast is not included. However, we offer you a coffee pod or a tea as well as a bottle of fresh water.
The kitchen is not in use.
Waste collection is differentiated (Paper, Plastic, Glass) and we are particularly keen on respect for the environment.
